点评：I Do NOT recommend Jean-Simon P as a tour guide for Quebec City.
I had previously written a review regarding Tours by Locals in Quebec City but need to revise it. After many emails with the guide, Jean-Simon P, we had all the details set and scheduled. We made numerous changes to our plans to be able to make the tour with him work. Then after everything was set, he cancelled the tour stating that "Just spoke with my boss and I can't make it at 1pm, they're gonna need me whole day 9-5."
I assumed that "his boss" was someone at Tours by Locals, but that was not the case. Tours by Locals followed up with me and explained that they did not direct him to take another tour and would not do so.
Therefore, I can still recommend Tours by Locals. I don't know the situation with Jean-Simon P but if he has other commitments and has to cancel at the last minute, I would not want to rely on him but would recommend another guide.
