点评：The trip was recommended and arranged for us by our resort (Cocobay) and I’m so glad we went with their advice. Captain Sheldon and his crew gave an incredible experience. Safety was clearly a priority and the crew were highly skilled, but there was such a fun atmosphere as well. The commentary as we travelled was both informative and hilarious, with local knowledge and jokes flying fast. The crew kept offering food and drink, as well as checking everyone was well. We stopped at 2 beaches, plus a spot for snorkelling where people saw sting rays, turtles, and admired some huge shells.
Now, part of the journey is pretty rocky, as you sail into the Atlantic part of the trip. I’m not usually good on boats and I had taken travel sickness tablets. I found it bouncy but bearable, and it certainly didn’t spoil the experience.
The whole trip lasted a good 7 hours, and the cat had maybe 50 passengers, which didn’t feel crowded. Good music, good vibes, one to experience for sure!
(Oh, we had a minor hiccup when the card machine didn’t like our card. The crew were very understanding and allowed us to pay via the resort, which we did the next day. I was very grateful!)
