点评：It was a great experience overall but a large group of 21 meant the pace was maybe a little slower than we would have liked. The trip round the local market was interesting but turned into a sales pitch for a particular stall. The boat was a pleasant surprise to an amazing location for the cooking. It was lovely to see the herbs and veg growing. The cooking was very slick with a mirrored display for everyone to watch. I felt a lot of the skills were too much for the age group and whilst there was help there were burns and cuts as it was quite high knife skills and the pans were easy to knock. There was lots of support and help and the recipes to take away were good and the food was delicious and would be easy to replicate at home.
翻译：总体来说这是一次很棒的体验，不过由于有21人这样一个较大的团体，活动节奏可能比我们期望的要慢一些。参观当地市场的环节挺有趣的，但后来变成了某个摊主的推销环节。乘船前往烹饪地点的过程令人愉悦，那里的环境也堪称绝佳。能看到各种香草和蔬菜在生长真是太棒了。烹饪过程进行得十分流畅，还有镜子供所有人观看。我觉得很多技能对这个年龄段的孩子来说都太难了。虽然有专人指导，但由于用刀技巧要求较高，孩子们还是出现了烫伤和割伤的情况；而且那些锅具也很容易打翻。现场有大量的帮助与支持，可以带走的食谱也很不错，做出来的食物美味可口，在家也很容易复刻。
