186 Steps Later… What a View! 🌳📸
Mountain Park Lookout Tower的点评
点评：Looking for a great view of Washington Island? Mountain Park Lookout Tower is definitely worth a stop! But first, you'll need to tackle 186 steps to reach the top. Whew! 😂 Thankfully, there are landings along the way if you need to catch your breath.
Once you make it to the top, you're rewarded with beautiful panoramic views of Washington Island. We visited in late August, and it was a little windy up there, so bringing a light jacket isn't a bad idea. We took some wonderful photos and just enjoyed taking in the scenery.
There's free roadside parking, no admission fee, and no reservations needed. Allow about 20–30 minutes for the climb, photos, and trip back down. And don't worry, coming down is much easier! There is a smaller tower nearby for a shorter climb.
A fun little adventure, a bit of exercise, and some terrific views. Not bad for a free attraction!
