Desert Hot Springs Spa的点评
点评：Please if you have a family, especially if you have one with special needs this is not a safe space! After a guest and her belligerent daughter began harassing and try to start a fight with my son and his autistic causin, I called security. Security proceeded to de escalate the unruly teen who was loudly spewing obscenities in the resort area. Later the teen and her mother followed my family on to a nearby jacuzzi to start another fight. I had to call the 911. Management rewarded these ill behaved guests by up grading their room in to a nearby property depute the teen assaulting another elderly guest right before the police arrived. I used love coming with my family to this peaceful retreat, but the over all quality of this resort and the quality of the clientele it attracts is sadly on the decline. For the safety of my family I will not be returning.
