点评:Everything seemed to be going well in the beginning of our trip, but it all ended in disappointment. We purchased two tickets online for the 5:30pm entrance and figured that it would be enough time to walk through the whole park and especially to see the fairyland portion at the end of the park. When we arrived, we were given a map and then started down the path. At one point we stopped for a little bit to have some wine at the one pitstop along the way before the falls section. Unfortunately, at just before 7:00pm we found ourselves at the beginning of the park again but had not seen everything that was on the map. When we asked where the fairyland caverns were, we were told that it closes early because it is dark in that area. To say we were surprised and felt cheated would be an understatement. The website says that the park closes 1.5 hours after last entry, and last entry is listed as 7:00pm, so that is 8:30pm according to my math. It seems to me that the last 1/3 of the park was actually closed early than 7:00pm since we were walking out of the "detour" trail to goes to the beginning by that time. After reviewing the information on their site to make sure we didn't miss some notice about parts of the park closing early, we had called their support line and was told that it is a common issue to hear from people, especially since the Flora Luna event is going on. Why that has anything to do with our tickets for 5:30pm is beyond me. We were told to write a review or email them, so I first emailed to see if we could resolve the problem. I was told via email from the "Guest Relations Manager," that essentially this was just too bad and since Flora Luna was going on we were able to experience that for "free." That response was utter bull because the Flora luna event actually started at 7:00 pm and we were already getting ready to leave because we didn't go there for Flora Luna. I was also told that this information was found on the "Flora Luna FAQ", but after checking again there is nothing on the FAQ that points out these odd rules of parts of the park closing and when, so I don't know what she is talking about. I sent all of this information over hoping for some kind of resolution or offer to alleviate the situation to some degree, but it appears it is just not important for her or this establishment to deal with. I just don't understand why it is so hard for places that have provide poor service and unclear expectations to their customers to even try to do the right thing when it is taken up with them. I am not here to tell anyone how they should run their business to make profit. They can shut down parts of their establishment whenever they want and for whatever reason. I just think it is disingenuous to not tell paying customers about things that will clearly affect their visit. Not only that but to then not even attempt to make it right when clearly pointed out.
