点评：We went to The Beachouse today and only did the 3 water slides… and honestly, that alone made the whole visit worth it.
But the standout wasn’t just the slides… it was the staff, specifically Ocea and Robbie.
This is our first interstate family holiday, and both our boys (3 and 6) can be pretty anxious with new things. The kind of kids who want to do it, but need that extra bit of support to actually take the step.
Ocea and Robbie were unreal.
They constantly checked in on the boys, hyped them up, encouraged them, and just made them feel safe without ever making it feel forced or over the top. Even the way they asked about our holiday felt genuine, like they actually cared, not just ticking a customer service box.
By the end, our boys were flying down the slides, absolutely loving it, and haven’t stopped talking about it since.
Those two played a massive role in that turnaround.
Professional, easygoing, and just genuinely good people, which is exactly what you want in a place like this.
We’ll definitely be back.
