Off The Rails Cycle Tours的点评
点评：We completed the 5 day ride (including Lake Dunstan) in February 2026. From the moment we were picked up, to being dropped back in Queenstown 5 days later, we received absolutely amazing service and support from Tony and Trina. The ride itself was amazing, and as a group of 8 60+ riders we completed it easily on electric bikes. The last day especially, completing the Lake Dunstan trail from Clyde to Cromwell was spectacular.
However, what really made our holiday amazing, was all the little things that Tony and Trina go out of their way to make your week incredible. The daily pit stop for smoko with homecooked goodies made us the envy on the trail. Other riders using competitor companies would ride past us and enquire how we got this service. They did not. More homecooked goodies also supplied in our accommodation - which was first class.
Spending every night in different villages sampling great pub grub and being driven there by Tony was another highlight. We had an amazing night at the Royal Hotel at Naseby, where Trina had organised a surprise birthday (and cake) for one of our group.
Whilst Tony and Trina provided a service to us as customers, I felt they went above and beyond, and hope that we have, after spending a week in their company, left as friends. If you are considering doing the trail. This is the only company to consider. The advantage of staying in the one accommodation for the week, meant we unpacked once, rode the trail, but also then got a guided tour of the countryside as we were dropped off, and picked up each day. We learnt so much about the history and highlights of this area. I cannot recommend Off the Rails highly enough. Thank you Tony, Trina and Evie!
