点评:We visited the museum today. Entrance appears to be under the control of a completely ‘ jobs worth’ American lady - other staff were present but she was in charge. There is no rhyme or reason about gaining entry. After several requested about how long we would have to wait she told us she allows people in every 2-3 mins. We waited over 40 mins before she allowed us in- even then it was after we had asked several times.
Families wait. Young children wait . There is no signage about entrance . The rules are not explained. Apparently the one toilet is out of use so we had to beg a local restaurant to use theirs. This is a museum for children- and no toilet!
She claimed some issues with the ticket printer but long after this was resolved we still waited and waited and waited.
The American lady is completely officious and the entry experience is most unpleasant.
I’m not sure if her connection with the museum but I’m sorry to say someone should move her off interaction with the public- she is not the sort of person who should be public facing in any organisation.
At one point I noted just 5 people in the room which could have held 20- still no one was let in and they continued to queue.
When you eventually do get inside you are not allowed to touch many of the exhibits.
I do hope someone in charge reads this and other reviews and takes action. Until then go somewhere else!
