点评:I do this trail a lot, usually 3-5 times a week. My #1 recommendation if you are doing this trail is to spend some time at the narrows. Dodd Narrows is a wildlife super highway and if you're patient you will be rewarded. All year round you can see eagles, sea otters and seals. Between the months of October and May you will almost certainly see sealions (we have california and steller). If you are really lucky you can see whales come through. Orcas use the narrows all year long (some came through today) and humpbacks can occasionally be seen in summer. Other wildlife includes owls, woodpeckers and american mink. On top of this its really just amazing to watch the tides change and the whirlpools. So, do not come here in a rush. I always recommend to pack a lunch and hang out for a couple hours, you never know what might come through.
As far as the trail is concerned it is quite easy with the most difficult part being a gradual elevation gain on the way up. This trail is do-able for small children all the way to the elderly as long they are relatively mobile.

就步道而言,它非常容易,最困难的部分是在向上的过程中逐渐增加海拔。这条小径适合从小孩到老人,只要他们相对行动自如。
