点评:I came with my husband on a full day tour with non-Japanese driver but husband had suffered a knee injury and was not able to access the village from the far away parking lot. So I went to see it on my own. It is definitely a "tourist trap" and crowded but even so it was well worth a visit. I see there are a gazillion photos of it already posted so I won't bother to add any. But the day I went, weather was lovely, the view excellent. The only negative experience was a shop where they had cute stuff but so many people trying to get in that it was nearly impossible to get out. Otherwise, the village itself is large enough that you can get good photos and good experience despite the crowd.
I paid like 400 yen to go into "Wada House", a "typical building" in the village. I guess because it cost a little extra, it was not in the least crowded: maybe a dozen others when I was there

我花了大约400日元参观了“和田家”,这是村里一栋“典型的建筑”。我想可能是因为门票贵一些,所以里面一点也不拥挤:我去的时候大概只有十几个人。
