点评：We spent the day on the Seasonal Cookery day course and it was a fantastic experience. Nick and John were excellent in sharing their experience and knowledge, and demonstrating techniques with real clarity. For us this was a push-the-boat-out treat, but we genuinely got full value for money... the dishes we made (and were made for us) were all prime quality ingredients and delicious, and were served generously with accompanying wines, as well as a coffee on arrival. It was a wonderful day which we left feeling well fed and having learned things we will definitely recreate.
Thanks to all the team at the cookery school who make the whole day relaxing and enjoyable for everyone, and leave you with nothing to worry about apart from enjoying your experience and some amazing food! 5/5+!
