点评：I visited this Diamonds International location in February 2025 to have a bracelet adjusted, and I trusted the staff to size it appropriately based on their expertise. Instead, they made an unsolicited decision to add extra length “in case I gained weight,” which I did not request. As a result, the bracelet never fit properly.
I relied on them to know what they were doing, and this oversight created issues that I had to deal with later on. When I eventually reached out to have it corrected, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to fix the sizing.
Even after escalating the issue to management, I was still required to pay to correct what was clearly a result of their own decision during the initial adjustment. There was no real accountability taken.
Overall, I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the staff and the poor customer service. I did not feel valued as a customer, especially considering the amount I have spent with this company. This experience has made me hesitant to ever purchase from them again.
