Great sailing, dinner has changed

点评：This would have been 5 stars if dinner was still from Seaside restaurant. Instead, we ate at a place on Therissia at the harbor - nice location and great staff but dinner was just OK.
As far as Paris, his boat, and his mate go, the trip was awesome! This is real sailing, not motoring around on a catamaran with strangers. Our group of four all took turns at the helm under Paris's direction to maintain wind in the sails and the correct heading. We sailed as much as we wanted and could have worked the sails also.
We stopped at three different swimming spots with plenty of time to relax. Paris put the canopy up and down as we desired more or less shade in the cockpit. They provided plenty of drinks and the boat is large enough to spread out.
Paris and his mate (cannot remember her name) are very proud of their island home and gave us tons of historic and current information about Santorini.
Overall, an incredible charter that would have been even better with dinner by Seaside.
