BE WARNED
You will not get your fuel order and you will pull your hair out trying to get in contact or try get any reply to any queries, ring, ring, ring, email, email, email, online portal, online portal etc to only get a reply on Trustpilot and a generic one at that.
If you look up the reviews on here, Trustpilot and likes of people posting on Facebook it's not just a few customers it's 100s if not 1000s that are being ripped off where they are purchasing products whether that be outdoor furniture, beds, firewood, coal, kindling and anything else they offer.
There's some seriously fishy dealings going on with Rathwood and I'm starting to believe I'll never get my money back as it's not looking good at all....
I placed my order for a Ton bag of Hardwood on 28/02/2025 and was to be delivered 10/09/2025.... Never came
2nd order placed on 27/05/2025 to be delivered 13/09/2025 no delivery every made, in the portal it showed delivery dates, it passed then these just kept jumping, October, November, 2 dates in December, January and February.
I rang so many times, emails unanswered and the review I posted I got a generic answer that they are having stocking issues this year(2026)
I put in for my refund as call was taken in the Philippines at a call centre, I was assured I would get my refund within 5 working days, that's passed now and still no money.
Rathwood owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves as they're literally running it into the ground from my opinion pure greed and the CCPC has been notified as I will also be contacting numerous media outlets as the concerns are huge and the stress of having to find the money to buy elsewhere to heat ourselves.
You lot have near €500 of my hard earned money and it is not acceptable.

如果你去看看Trustpilot、Facebook之类的网站上的评论，你会发现被骗的不仅仅是几个顾客，而是成百上千的人，他们购买的商品五花八门，从户外家具、床、柴火、煤炭、引火物到他们提供的任何其他东西，都可能被骗。
Rathwood公司那边肯定有猫腻，情况越来越糟，我觉得我的钱恐怕是拿不回来了……
我于2025年2月28日订购了一吨硬木，预计2025年9月10日送达……结果杳无音信。
我于2025年5月27日下了第二单，预计2025年9月13日送达，结果也杳无音信。网站上显示的送货日期，过了之后就一直跳来跳去，一会儿是十月，一会儿是十一月，一会儿又是十二月（有两个日期），一会儿又是一月，一会儿又是二月。
我打了无数个电话，发了无数封邮件，都没人回复。我发的评论也只是得到一个千篇一律的回复，说他们今年（2026年）库存出了问题。
我申请了退款，因为电话是菲律宾的客服中心接的，他们保证会在5个工作日内退款，现在都过了，我还是没收到钱。
Rathwood的业主应该感到无比羞耻，在我看来，他们简直是在把这里搞垮，纯粹是贪婪作祟。我已经向消费者保护委员会（CCPC）举报了此事，并且会联系多家媒体，因为情况非常糟糕，我们不得不四处筹钱去别的地方取暖，压力巨大。
你们拿走了我辛辛苦苦挣来的近500欧元，这简直令人无法接受。
