点评：This is a review of two parts. On & Off Water Experience
We took our family of 5 to the Wero Water Park last week. It was my son's 14th birthday. We paid $575.00 for the one hour experience.
Off Water - 1 star
We were told to arrive 20 mins early. For our 2.30pm session. Which we duly did. We filled out our safety form and were hoping to start early, but alas we couldn't. The lady at reception was very short in her responses and lacked any basic customer service skills. I asked if there was anything for us to do for 20 minutes, she no we just had to stand there and wait. There is vending machine and not much else. So we drove round the corner and got some food. When we came back at 2.30pm we were told that there was a 15 minute delay. So stood around and waited some more. We were also informed that there was no time for the safety briefing video.... I was not worried as we had plenty of rafting experience, but this felt like a basic service delivery failure.
When the guide was finally ready for the tour, we were informed about the lockers and were we could store all of our possessions. This information would have been really useful at any point in the 40 minutes prior.
On Water - 5 star
Awesome experience. Guides were lovely and we all had a really fun time. My 12 yo daughter was scared to do the big drop initially but we built up to it. She loved it in the end.
Some basic tweaks could make the overall experience much more enjoyable.

一些简单的改进可以让整体体验更加完美。
