点评：My son and I fished for three days, and each day brought something different.
Day 1 started off a bit challenging. The weather was rough, and without live bait for in-shore fishing, we spent most of the day searching for fish. We only had one bite, which ended in a saw-off—most likely a wahoo.
Day 2 was a complete game changer. We headed offshore, and the action was nonstop. We landed two yellowfin tuna weighing about 50 and 40 pounds, two dorado (releasing one), one wahoo, and one skipjack tuna. The captain really put us on the fish, and the weather couldn’t have been better.
Day 3 began offshore again in the morning, where we caught plenty of skipjack tuna, including a couple of exciting double hookups. For the remainder of the day, we fished inshore and landed two very nice-sized tarpon, many jack crevalle, and a snook—an excellent way to finish the trip.
The captain is extremely passionate about fishing and works hard to put you on fish. While you’re hooked up, he isn’t shy about letting you know if something needs to be done differently, which really helps increase your chances of landing the fish.
