点评：As long term members of salt ayre I see it declining sadly. Unhappy staff .dirty changing rooms .water from the ladies showers leaks into the male cubicles permanently wet floors .whatever time you go in the gym there are clients sat on equipm3nt scrolling on the phone .on my last visit I counted roughly 60 in there and 55 were on the phone at some time .it's time they were banned .filming others is a violation of the privacy laws .no supervision .bags are often lying on the floor despite the no bag rule ..the list goes on .we paid to take 2 of our grandchildren on the climbing walls .well run and safe until the last ten minutes when the one thing they wanted to do was denied as one of the 3 staff had gone home .meaning they were not allowed to do the leap of faith jump as 3 staff members are required .when we pay for an experience we expect to be able to use it to it's full potential .not be told sorry its not possible because not enough staff .we complained at reception to be told it would be raised at the next meeting .we would be contacted .still waiting for a response .after 3 weeks .simply not good enough
