Poor website booking experience and customer service
Betts Guide Service & Outfitter的点评
点评：Have gone with them before with generally good experience. Tried to book a two-day trip this year and inadvertently selected two non-consecutive days because the website did not allow booking multiple days. I contacted them and instead of fixing the problem and had this interaction (after explaining I had chosen the incorrect date for the second day):

I tried my best but, company policy is such that you’ll have to make the trip tomorrow or loose the deposit.

Wish I could. I’ll just eat both deposits and go with someone else.

I fully understand and tried to explain to them this might happen. You may be able to get the other deposit back still.

Yeah I’ve done this job for him for several years now and I’m told there’s no other way to do it. I’m the water manager when he’s not around to manage things. However this year he’s around and I can’t just change things around like I like to do. When management is watching I have to follow the rules. Sorry you lost out on a technicality.

Yeah I’ve done this job for him for several years now and I’m told there’s no other way to do it. I’m the water manager when he’s not around to manage things.
