点评：Visited solely to get pictures for my Outlander obsessed sister, but well worth it.
Well signposted directions to car park and then down to castle entrance, coffee van and merchandise stall. Due to a change of plans, we were a day earlier than our tickets, but staff very helpful and scanned us in.
There’s only one room inside the castle to look at, but it’s been set up as a little museum of Outlander replicas, costumes and props, as well as information about the show & castle. Very helpful guide who will dress you up for a photo with Jamie’s cut out!
There are walks around the grounds, but we just explored the immediate grounds, including the Highland cows from Coos & Ewes behind the castle.
You can walk to Hopetoun from the castle but it’s closed throughout July.
