点评：We’ve been to Jump Giants Colnbrook several times for additional needs sessions and birthday parties, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly, patient, and really understand how to make children with additional needs feel welcome and comfortable.
A special thank you to Kay (or Klea – apologies if I’ve got the name slightly wrong), who went above and beyond to help both my son and me during our most recent visit. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a real difference to our day and were very much appreciated.
The atmosphere is inclusive, well organised, and relaxed, which means the children can have fun while parents can actually enjoy the experience too. We always leave with happy kids, and that’s what matters most.
Highly recommended, especially for families looking for a supportive and welcoming environment for children with additional needs.
