Wild Animal Safari的点评
点评：My family and I recently visited the Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain, GA, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Considering the price we paid for admission, I expected a much higher standard of care and maintenance.
The Walkabout Zoo was especially upsetting. The grounds appeared poorly maintained, with overgrown grass and an overall neglected appearance. Many of the animal enclosures seemed nearly empty, and the animals that were present appeared lethargic and undernourished. It was difficult to enjoy the experience when the animals did not appear to be receiving the level of care I would expect from a facility that charges premium admission prices.
To make matters worse, one staff member was sitting near the bird exhibit talking on the phone and vaping while guests walked by. This gave the impression that customer service and professionalism were not priorities.
Overall, this safari fell far short of my expectations. For the amount of money visitors pay, I believe the focus should be on providing excellent animal care, maintaining the property, and ensuring staff are attentive and professional. The only part of the visit I genuinely enjoyed was the gift shop.
Sadly, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this attraction based on my experience.
