点评：1-Star Review — Not Worth It
Very disappointing experience at Route 34 Drive-In Theater. We understand that they ask vehicles to turn off their lights because they can distract people watching the movie, and we were trying our best to cooperate. However, it was getting cold outside, and we needed to move our truck and start it. Obviously, the lights have to come on briefly when starting the truck.
One of the staff members told us, “Just open your lights for 30 seconds,” so we did exactly that. We turned them on for not even 10 seconds, but he immediately kept yelling, “Close it, close it!” We were extremely frustrated because we were trying to cooperate, but he didn’t seem willing to understand our situation.
We completely understand the reason for the rule, but we also wish the staff could have shown a little understanding. Some people get cold and are simply trying to move their vehicle and start their truck without being an inconvenience to anyone else.
At that point, we decided to leave. We paid for the experience and didn’t even get to enjoy it because of how the situation was handled. We would like our money back.
Unfortunately, not worth it here. We hope management can train staff to handle situations like this with a little more patience and understanding.
