点评：We toured Uganda for about 18 days with BIC tours including a week of visiting our NGO partners there. Sam handled all the arrangements, drivers, hotel, meals, and got us to probably a dozen visits with different groups under our 3 NGO partners with no problems at all. There was only one hotel I didn’t like due to lack of safely standards but I understand that was the only option without driving an extra hour in an already very long day.
When Angie and I, at 78 years old, started our 11 day Safari we switched to a guide/driver named Charles or Charles the Great, as we started calling him. We felt safe in the van at all times. He anticipated our needs even before we had to ask. He was so courteous about finding clean restroom stops for us, and even asking if we need to use a hot spot from his phone. As a guide, he is just the best! We saw so much wildlife on this trip up close and got really phenomenal photos. We are already planning another trip back to Uganda in two years and, of course, we will want to be with Charles and will book through BIC Tours. This was my 5th visit to Eastern and Southern Africa in 45 years and I have traveled with Abercrombie & Kent and Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) but this trip with just the two of us and Charles, planned by BIC Tours, was the best!
