$50 parking for weekend or try your luck walking across the street

点评：The beach is great and although a little crowded the type of people are tolerable and more quiet, here’s the suck part. Weekend parking$50, $35 for the weekday. It keeps ghetto out but the parking is ultra limited. Only come if you’ve got multiple people. The parking park part is north of the pavilion but it includes restrooms and rinse areas along with tree shade. Highly suggest bringing a beach umbrella. Some people haul a whole canopy. If it’s 4 people or more in your vehicle it’s somewhat tolerable.
The parking spaces are also made for larger vehicles. 2 EV chargers per General parking feeder area. We only came and paid largely because of kids needing to be near restrooms and a vehicle I wouldn’t want to risk carving the street. Most people “looking” like they’re leaving are actually just Lyft/uber drivers camping for people to pick up. I suppose you could in theory save money by staying near the central drop off and then having someone haul you back to a cheap parking zone but what is the effort level.
