点评：3.5 stars. Captain Dan did a great job getting us on fish and advising against some bad incoming weather. (Wind). We lost a lot of fish due to equipment. The rods were not in great shape and the line wasn’t either. I’ve been fishing in the keys for many years and I have to say other than a head boat this is the worst condition I have seen rods and reels. We did catch fish both days we went fishing, but that was due to the Captain working hard to get us on fish.
Just to be clear the poles were in a variety of bad conditions. All had rust or sticky joints/movement and the line needed to be changed a few months ago . This is based on the line memory and the twists in it.
If I went again I would bring my own rods and reels with quality line ready to go. Off course that begs the question…why pay $200 an hour for sub par gear🤔.
