点评:Every Derby week, on Thursday, our party of 6 visit a new Kentucky Distillery. We've been doing it for 26 years so we've been to quite a few, you might say. This year I was looking for a new destination when I read a good review of a new release from Wilderness Trail on the newsletter, Bourbon 'n Banter. That led me to book a tour and it was more than worth it. Lots of Distilleries hire their your guides to follow a script, but Chris, our guide at WT was a long time employee who has worked in every department and could answer questions in depth. WT likes to say that they put Science into their Bourbon and Rye and we learned why. Comprehensive, informative, engaging and fun. And, the Bourbons also deliver! One of the best tours/distilleries in our long experience.
