点评：Reserved a "Standard" Pontoon several weeks ago for a scheduled fishing trip that occurred on 9/19/2026. Arrived at the Sutton Lake Marina just before opening (9:00 am) and Cindy (outstanding) helped us with our boat and information. Boat crew showed us our boat and provided us with our required safety brief and provided helpful directions. We started the engine and backed out of our slip and started to our first fishing spot. As soon as we started toward the No Wake buoys the Low Battery Alarm sounded but then went off shortly after. We arrived at our first spot and fished for about 20 minutes with no luck. Started the boat and the Low Battery Alarm sounded again but went off went we accelerated. We went to a couple more spots with no luck and then went up into a cove area and caught four fish. Fish quit eating a short time later and we moved again. Low Batter Alarm sounded once again and we traversed up the Elk River to the Low Flatwoods Run area and fished a very enticing spot. No luck and then battery was dead. We could not start the boat and called for a tow from the Marina. They sent a very knowledgeable and respectful young man whose name I cannot remember. He towed us back to the Marina where we asked for a refund since we only had the boat for a total of three "running" hours. Now the boat they rented us had torn cushions with exposed foam rubber and we got wet everywhere we tried to sit. They offered us another boat but we had lost all motivation to fish after the experience. Cindy said she would have to check with her supervisor for the refund. The cowardly supervisor sent Cindy back to us stating since they offered another boat that no refund would be provided. I say cowardly since the supervisor didn't have the courage to tell us herself! I have provided pictures of the boat they rented us. Would you have wanted another boat looking like this? Please be wary of what you rent from this Marina!
