坎登球场的点评
点评：Recent decisions by the Orioles organization is making it a tough decision on whether to renew my Birdland membership. I have been attending Orioles games for 50 years but have only been a Birdland member for a few years.
My first year I purchased a 13-game plan. This included 20% discount on concessions and at the stores. A couple of years ago the Orioles decided to remove this discount from beer purchases. I guess taking $3.00 off the now $18 beer was too much of a loss.
For 2026 they increased the number of games required by each plan, mine from 13 to 20 games. I think the Orioles forget how many fans travel from western, southern Maryland and the eastern shore, like me.
My latest annoyance is their giveaway policy. With the increased tickets required this year Birdland members were guaranteed the giveaways in which they had tickets. I understand the policy where you cannot exchange tickets into a giveaway and be guaranteed that giveaway.
I had 2 tickets for a game with a giveaway, Hawaiian shirts, but I needed to add 2 additional tickets, which I purchased for almost $200. Since there were not any seats available next to mine, I ended up moving to the end of the same row so my entire group could sit together. By moving my original tickets to those new seats I lost the guaranteed giveaway, for my original 2 seats.
I personally could care less about these shirts, but some people do. This is just another cheap classless move by the Orioles organization. I can no longer get the 2 shirts for the tickets as a part of my Birdland membership which I purchased for this game, but neither will the people that but my original tickets. Are the Orioles hording Hawaiian shirts?
I will probably be an Orioles fan to the day I die but that does not mean that I need to keep spending money at Camden Yards.

其实我个人对这些衬衫毫不在意，但有些人倒是挺在意的。这不过是巴尔的摩金莺队做出的又一个毫无水准、低劣至极的举动罢了。作为为此场比赛购买的“Birdland”会员，我如今再也无法凭门票免费获得两件夏威夷衬衫了；而买下我原来那两张票的人也同样无法获得。难道金莺队在囤积这些夏威夷衬衫不成？
或许我至死都会是金莺队的球迷，但这并不意味着我就非得继续在卡姆登球场花钱不可啊。
