点评：We enjoyed a tour of the Amalfi coast with Simone. Her English language skills were excellent, and her knowledge of the area was commendable. Her driving skills on the local roads were outstanding (when I thought we would be in an accident she always insured our safety). Her willingness to answer questions was special in that most guides have a predetermined narrative that they rarely deviate from. We would gladly tour the Naples and Amalfi Coast with her in the future, However, that tour would need to be a private tour. The vehicle she used was clean and fully functional – the downside was that due to physical limitations of other members of the tour we were relegated to the last three seats in the back of the nine-passenger van. The van did not have a sound system that would allow the guide to amplify her voice and make it audible to all passengers. I am hard of hearing and did not hear any of her narrative. When we stopped the vehicle, she was easy to understand and very responsive to questions. We asked for guidance on a place to dine and she not only provided that information she delivered us to its front door. This guide is worth touring with as long as the shortfalls are recognized and addressed.
