点评：We randomly got in the car and drove to SD Safari Park from LA to get out of the rain. And we LOVED IT!!! I can't believe there are so many negative reviews... If you are not prepared to spend anything, then don't go; it's simple, instead of writing a terrible review about all the extras. Have you seen the immaculate condition of the grounds? The animals look healthy, happy, and well fed. The incredible, huge enclosures and 300 acres of roaming-free land?? I thought spending $ 300 for a year-long membership for 2 kids and an adult, plus free parking, a tram ride, and the ability to walk, burn some calories, and enjoy this massive park, was worth it... I didn't spend anything extra besides a couple bagels for the kids. We didn't have time to see everything, and I'm so glad we got that membership. We are going to be back in the next couple of weeks to walk around the other side of the park. It's def not cheap, but I gladly spent that money. It's clean, beautiful, so many trees, different plants, SO many things for the kids to see. I can't even imagine how much money they spent caring for the land and animals, and how many meals they prep daily. SB Zoo preps about 450 meals daily. A male gorilla alone can eat up to 40 lbs daily... giraffes probably 60-70 lbs, and Lions ?? Those alone need 5-6 lbs of meat and at least 3 feedings daily... Thank you, staff, for all you do !!!! You guys are amazing !!!!!
