点评：From the minute I walked into George’s beautiful shop in Paxos and saw him working amongst all the incredible pieces, I could tell this was no ordinary jeweller.
George is an incredibly passionate man, with a genuine eye for quality, craftsmanship and design. There is something very special about both him and his shop, and it was an absolute pleasure spending time there and learning about his work.
My then-girlfriend, Kirstie, had fallen in love with one particular ring. I quietly went back to see George and bought it for her — and I’m delighted to say that she is now my fiancée!
That makes the ring, and the whole experience of buying it in Paxos, incredibly special to us. Meeting George and visiting his wonderful shop is something I will never forget.
If you are ever in Paxos, make sure you pay him a visit. This is so much more than just a jewellery shop — George is a true craftsman and a genuinely lovely man.
