点评：We had a generally good experience with this and we went as a group of friends for the 3 hr experience. We each made something different and came away with a knowledge of basic skills and the pleasure of seeing talented smiths working with metal. My own personal view is that it would have been helpful to have a finished example of the product we were working towards somewhere in the workshop and not just in the shop area. We could have then checked our own creation against the finished item- I lost track of what I was trying to achieve. I would also have liked gloves provided ( or more clearly advised to bring your own) as I ended up with blistered hands from hammering. When we went ( Friday) we had an anvil each to work on but when another of our group attended on Saturday she had to share an anvil as there were 45 people receiving tuition. She found that she was standing around too long and it was too crowded to be able to work well
