点评：Absolutely shocking. This lounge is an embarrassment and should never be described as “premium” under any circumstances. From the moment you walk in it’s clear they are letting far too many people in, creating a cramped, noisy, stressful environment that feels more like a packed waiting hall than a lounge you’re supposedly paying to relax in.
The food offering is beyond awful. Not “limited” shocking. The choice is minimal, poorly thought out, badly presented and genuinely unpleasant to look at, let alone eat. Some of the items on display were so unappetising that I’ve honestly seen more appealing dog vomit on the pavement. That’s not exaggeration it was grim. Lukewarm, sloppy food, no variety, and nothing remotely resembling a decent meal. For a place that restricts you to a short time inside, the lack of edible options is disgraceful.
Service is just as bad. Staff appear overwhelmed and disengaged, food stations are left unattended, and there’s no sense that anyone is actually managing the lounge properly. Tables aren’t cleared quickly, seating is constantly unavailable, and people are left standing around wondering how this place gets away with charging what it does.
The whole experience feels rushed, overcrowded and careless. No calm, no comfort, no quality just bodies packed in and poor food shoved out. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. I’ve used airport lounges all over the world and this is easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Save your money and avoid this place completely. It’s not premium, it’s not relaxing, and it’s certainly not worth paying for. An absolute disgrace.
