点评：I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience has been at The Southern Market in Knoxville—and especially highlight how kind, professional, and welcoming Susan, the manager, has been every step of the way.
This place is such a gem—beautifully curated, full of talented local makers and artists, and always such a joy to visit. Susan goes above and beyond to support vendors and customers alike, and her positive energy sets the tone for the entire space.
Unfortunately, I noticed there’s a 1-star review floating around that seems to be mistakenly posted for another business with a similar name. That reviewer described a manager who was “nasty,” which absolutely does not reflect Susan or this Southern Market at all. The other reviews here tell the real story—five stars across the board for great service, beautiful products, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Don’t let one mistaken review steer you wrong—The Southern Market in Knoxville is a treasure, and Susan is a huge part of what makes it so special.
