Fantastic Party Experience – Evan Made It Extra Special!

点评：My little girl was keen to have her 10th birthday party at Oxygen with her friends, so we booked the Classic Party package, which included pizza, unlimited squash, and an hour of jumping.
When we arrived and checked in, we were introduced to our host, Evan. He is a true credit to the Oxygen Centre—polite, kind, friendly, and always smiling. He made sure everything was clearly explained to me and that all of the girls had an amazing time.
During the hour in the main centre, they had 15 minutes exclusive-use on the Ninja Warrior course. Evan made this really fun, and his high energy and enthusiasm ensured the girls thoroughly enjoyed it. Afterwards, when they went into the party room, he brought out the food. The pizzas had been cut, but not very well, so we asked Evan if he could cut them again to make it easier to share. He did this straight away with no problem at all.
We were able to play our own party music in the room, and the girls had a fantastic time dancing and having fun. At the end, Evan brought out the birthday cake, everyone sang happy birthday, and the party wrapped up nicely.
Evan also offered us an upgrade for £20, which included ice cream, chicken nuggets, and slushies for all the children. We also received a couple of vouchers for hot drinks, and each child got a voucher to return to Oxygen in the future.
The centre itself seemed a little understaffed, but the team who were working were all a real credit to the company. In summary, the party was a huge success!
