点评：Brief and quick review: We were above and beyond impressed with Intense Bolivia travel group. Do not hesitate to have Sofia and her colleagues produce the absolute best vacation for you. We were impressed with every aspect of our vacation, and don't have a single bad thing to say about our experience.
From the initial website inquiry, Sofia was quick and responsive to answer any and all questions in putting together a vacation that met our expectations. Within a couple days she had responded with an itinerary of what the vacation would consist of on a day to day basis, in a simple to read format. As soon as I had confirmed the itinerary with her, she had everything booked and prepared. Payments were super easy and securely done with zero hassle.
Prior to our arrival, Sofia gave us a few additional informative documents on what to expect on the trip, as well as some of the requirements from Bolivia as well as additional bits of information. She was easily reachable through WhatsApp communication and helpful in our arrival to Bolivia.
Upon arriving in Bolivia (at 3am), everything was in order as Intense Bolivia had promised it. Vicente, our tour guide, as well as our driver, Gustavo, were both awaiting our arrival and easy to find with our name on a sign for pick up. They were extremely hospitable and welcoming after a long flight to reach Bolivia. Vicente confirmed the activities for the day ahead, and assisted us with check in at our hotel. The group was always on time and coordinated for every aspect of our trip.
We can not speak highly enough of everyone Intense Bolivia employs. Vicente was an outstanding tour guide who assisted us throughout the entire trip. Not only is Vicente a wealth of knowledge in Bolivian history and culture, but he's also an incredible person. He always went above and beyond to provide the most incredible trip by constantly being able to assist us with whatever we needed. And, he always did it with a smile on his face. Being able to spend a week with him, learn about Bolivia, and experience true Bolivian hospitality through him was worth the trip alone. He is also very popular among the tour community in Bolivia, which truly helps with getting around and seeing sights.
The private drivers Intense provides you with are impeccable and of the highest quality. Each vehicle we were in was in great condition and each driver practiced safe driving. Having driven in many countries myself, I can not put an emphasis on how valuable it was to have great personalities like Gustavo and Libre taking care of us.
Bolivia is a place of endless beauty and incredible nature. Around every corner there is beauty and wonderful people. Sofia puts together an itinerary that is truly tailored to what interests you and keeps you occupied. The restaurants they chose were also incredibly local and appetizing, you will not leave disappointed.
Finally, during our tour we were encountered with an extenuating circumstance which was unprecedented and extremely rare. Sofia was ahead every step of the way and was able to accommodate us with a fluctuating schedule and making the necessary changes. Words cannot describe how impressed and amazed we were with the quality and price of our trip.
Intense Bolivia is a 5+ star experience. I would not hesitate in booking them again for any trip and wish they expanded to more locations worldwide I was so impressed. We cannot thank them enough.
