点评：Please read all the way to the end for the important bathroom review. The balloon portion is wonderful. Nice people, good food and beautiful balloons. I wish I could leave a separate review for the jubilee festival and the art and craft guild show. I would give the balloon festival five stars and the arts and craft show 3, being generous.. The Decatur Art Guild's Craft Show has a nice items, but it's poorly managed. People were browsing after a closing, but they still kicked people out there during a thunderstorm. We were running late because we spent twenty minutes in traffic to find a parking space. They were worried about customers stealing items and have never heard of security cameras or guards... I am working on a doctorate and was planning on buying more items. However, I have no intention of ever giving them business again. We had to walk to our car that was far away in the middle of a thunderstorm through fields with metal poles and fences... The photos are of the bathrooms at the arts and crafts show at the end of the day. The bathrooms were roped off, due to human waste on the floors from stopped up comodes....
