点评:My husband and I were here for our birthdays which are January 2nd and 8th. We were on another tour when we discovered a paella class here and signed up. I didn’t think to research it but I’m so glad we did it. I wish I could remember the name of our guide/chef because he was absolutely amazing! We went to where they hand make thousands of tortillas a day and got to taste them freshly made. Then it was off to the fish market and then to get fresh produce. Unbeknownst to us we ended up at the chefs house. Because our group was small he was able to have us at his casa. Hospitality was outstanding. We thought were were making paella but ended up making margaritas (delicious fresh made by us), poke (cause my husband asked lol), pico de gallo, pico de gallo , guacamole, fish tacos and then paella. He showed us cutting styles but had us to all of the work. To say I was highly impressed is an understatement. Everything we made was fresh and delicious. We met a family from Seattle who were pretty awesome to cook with. One of the highlights of our trip for sure. We will definitely do another when we visit again.
