Great Art... Rude "Guard"
Farnsworth Art Museum的点评
点评：A visit to the art museum was something my wife gave me for an early birthday present. We traveled an hour, looking forward to seeing the various pieces. The museum was not busy. We started on the top floor, loving the paintings and reading the histories of each piece.
We made our way to the main floor, still enjoying the crafted pieces, paintings, and photography. While looking at a piece near the art library, a "guard" (thin with blond hair) approached us asking, rather rudely, that we maintain our distance from the pieces. My wife, who walks with crutches due to a handicap from birth, hadn't realized one of her crutch tips had crossed a tape line on the floor. We apologized and continued through the rest of the museum. I noticed that the same guard continued to follow us through each room of the building, as if we were petulant children bent on an attempt to touch pieces of art.
The art was great but we'll not return because of the treatment we received. We've been to a number of art museums and have never been treated like this.
