Rude, defensive staff (in the main).

点评：I have been shopping there since the early 1990s. Now that I am retired I have more opportunity to go there and enjoy looking around and finding fabric, etc.
I think that the recent changes to the whole area are very positive. The cake stall today was particularly good, we bought two ‘school cakes’ which were amazing!
The only negative aspect is that some of the staff in the main building (Fabric, wool, etc.) are, how can I put it, rude and defensive.
I have found this from different staff members since early this year.
Today (Saturday September 26th) I was paying for some wool and I asked if I could pay by cash and the lady replied that no I couldn’t (fine by me!) She then said something about it being nothing to do with her (again, calm down, it’s fine, I have a card! Life is too short to get upset about this!) she also said something about working hours or something?!
Earlier I read on here that one reviewer said that the people who worked there looked as if they didn’t want to be there. I am sure that most of us have felt like that at one point in our lives but can’t we still be professional?
I have to say, I never usually comment on platforms such as this but it has made me feel that in future I will shop elsewhere.

不得不说，我平时很少在这样的平台上发表评论，但这次的经历让我觉得以后我会选择在其他地方购物。
