点评:I bought tickets last week for three people during our a three day stay in Savannah. Went to lunch and then headed over to Captain Mikes by Uber only to find no one around. Called the company with no success reaching anyone and waited until the scheduled time and then left after no one showed up. Bottom line is that this company no showed on us and didn’t bother to call or email. I finally did get a response by email and they claim to be refunding me the price of the tickets. Hopefully the do but I’m also going to dispute the charge with my bank. No “I’m sorry” or explanation either which is completely unprofessional. Our Uber driver said this wasn’t the first time this has happened and said she knew of at least two other parties this happened to. I realize this was January and had a nice day for the trip but they should have their calendar blocked out if they weren’t going to provide the service.
