Engaging and informative, with a few caveats

点评：Using the Go City pass requires reserving a time slot in advance, which is easy and only opens the evening before. Staff were friendly on arrival, and I had time to explore the gift shop, which is well stocked and reasonably priced.
The museum has two parts. The first is a 360-degree life size diorama with narration and lighting effects explaining the trials. Sitting closer to the center improves visibility. This section was very informative and engaging.
The second part is a guided presentation on the history of witches and witch hunts, past and present. The guide was excellent. One downside was the tone of the staff member managing crowd movement, which felt unnecessarily sharp, especially considering it was just after reopening.
Still very much worth visiting, though the Peabody Essex Museum may suit those looking for a more traditional museum layout.
