AVOID - Caused blisters on back with dry cupping left on too long. Unprofessional and noisy, chaotic atmosphere.

WORST PLACE EVER.. had dry cupping after deep tissue massage.
Therapist Lizhen Lu caused injuries to my back as she left the cups on for too long. Kept going out room to talk during procedure. Cups were pulled out from a plastic tub underneath the bed. I suffered fluid blisters all over my back next day, which then turned into blood blisters and burst, leaving scars all over back. This has caused pain, severe itching and discomfort for weeks. I had to seek medical help and take time off work.
I attended again to confront her about what she had done and she said she might have left the cups on a bit too long.
With deep massage it seemed like she was trying to cause an injury to my shoulder joints.
They are not on companies house register.
More than likely they don’t have a licence or have training to do dry cupping.
Website looks too good to be true.
They need reporting to Trading Standards.
