多莱坞公园的点评
点评：Our experience was great until we visited the funnel cake booth. We politely asked if the strawberries could be placed on the side, considering we were with two children and an 89-year-old grandmother. The employee immediately responded “No,” stating he could not use an extra plate.
To avoid any issues, we ordered two regular funnel cakes with extra powdered sugar only, nothing else. However, when the food was handed to us, one funnel cake had sugar and the other had strawberries on top. We calmly explained that this was not what we ordered and asked for the correct item.
The employee reacted very disrespectfully, became visibly angry, and threw the funnel cake into the garbage. When he served the replacement, he aggressively tossed the plate toward us, spilling powdered sugar all over the counter. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory to our family “ it was obvious” why to hate us like that?
This entire team displayed extremely poor customer service. What should have been a simple family moment turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting experience. Because of this treatment, we will not be returning
