点评:I’ll start this with - the drivers have always been fantastic and super friendly, and their customer service has always been hassle free. The decline in service is not on the fault of the drivers, it’s the company taking advantage of customers. I’ve taken the shuttle probably two dozen times, and it used to be great. But now they pack so many pick ups and people into one trip that it makes it torture. When you get picked up, expect there to be at least 4 other pick ups in other towns across Connecticut, which will make your 1.5hr journey into at least a 3hr journey. It’s ridiculous. A van, that seats 9 people, every seat full, and the van packed with everyone’s luggage, makes everything slower and extremely uncomfortable. I just checked, and for $50 more I could have just ubered. The company should not be scheduling one van to be picking up so many people across 4+ towns in CT. It causes significant delays. The company should have two vans with each doing a 2-3 pick ups in neighboring towns and not be so greedy.
