点评：Be cautious - their customer support and operations are handled remotely from Pakistan, and the service quality is completely unreliable. I booked a round-trip pickup from JFK to Connecticut, paid in advance, and even shared my flight details. They never contacted me or provided any update about my ride.
On the day of my pickup, I reached out to them, and they confidently told me, “Our drivers are monitoring your flight; you’ll be picked up on time.”
That was a lie.
In reality, it’s a scam. They never pick you up on time. They make you wait 60–90 minutes even if you schedule a specific pickup time. Then they claim, “The driver waited and left,” which is completely false.
Your scheduled pickup time means nothing to them. They batch rides together, so if another pickup is two hours later, you’ll just be forced to wait. If it’s sooner, then you get lucky - but there is no certainty, no professionalism, and absolutely no reliable service.
