点评：Our experience was very similar to the previous. Paid hundreds per day for car hire that broke down and we too had no say in it. The car is over 20 years old and we were blamed and harassed for $5000 approx despite buying their insurance and excess policy. Would not ever hire 4WD again. There’s no option online to review them and no reviews available. The tow company, car hire and accommodation place all knew each other and already had a process in place to secure thousands out of your bank account. Accommodation was disgusting and horrible. The locals don’t help even if you have kids and stand around smirking when the car suddenly shut down. Honestly they made just from the excess itself was worth more than the car itself. Went to shops to buy food and they wouldn’t let us use the toilet unless we were seated patrons, mind you we paid $8 each for plain croissant, drinks and a snack each. We all spent over $20 each yet weren’t allowed to use the toilet. Never ever were we treated so rudely and aggressively not by one but many and they all back each other up. Worse experience ever and we travel very often to 5 star resorts, camp and caravan. All different experiences.
