点评：Very disappointed with the quality of the bicycle they provided and their support. One of the bikes literally dropped the right pedal within the first hour of starting el Camino from Porto. When I wrote to them through WhatsApp they didn’t offer any solution other than saying to take it to a bicycle shop. They offered absolutely zero assistance with the problem and instead tried to shift the blame on to us from the beginning. We ended up going to three different stores by ourselves and miraculously the person at the third store found a used part that fit the bike and replaced it for 100 Euros total. While I still was at the store, I contacted their office on WhatsApp and they told me to save the receipt to process a refund, I immediately sent them the receipt on WhatsApp and did not get any additional instructions from them. A few days later while I was still in el Camino, I got an email from them saying that I should provide a receipt if I wanted to get refunded. I sent them aging the same receipt and this time they replied saying that they needed a full work order from the shop where the bicycle was repaired. When I finally returned the bike, I spoke in person to a guy at their office who repeated the same thing and declined to refund us, even though he could clearly see the parts that were replaced. An important note is that the person who helped us with the bike in Porto said that we were the third people coming to them for help with similar problems with bikes from Tournride in the last few weeks. And he mentioned that in every case they had gotten no support from them. Avoid this merchant, there are others who would stand by you when you need them the most.
