The Front Skatepark的点评
点评：I have actually known about the Front skatepark since I started having an interest in going to skateparks on the JD bug all the way back in 2011. Fast forward 15 years and a family holiday in Dorset meant I was going to get the chance to actually go here! Rang on a Saturday to see if I could stop by on the Tuesday afternoon of that week and other than needing to take my name and knowing that I would be there on a BMX there was no further details I was nagged to give and just had to sign a consent form when I arrived
This is a very unique and exciting skatepark with a nice range of ramps ranging in size from the beginners sized ramps of about 3ft to the hench ramps that you see the moment you enter hitting about 10ft high. As well as this there are street obstacles and a really interesting section of the Front skatepark tucked away thats converted inside what looks like a subway tunnel. Another big catch is the half indoors and half outdoors dynamic this place has with the cover that extends over a lot of the skatepark. Its more BMX and scooter orientated but being there on a BMX that was no bother to me and I got a real vibe of Wooden Waves back along in Newquay whilst riding and I absolutely loved that.
Staff and users are really friendly and encouraging and there is nothing clique about the Front skatepark for anyone like me visiting who is not a local. Just £8 for 2hrs as well! My bad for the wait on this guys but Will Todd loved his shred here!
